From Fjords to Fins
In 2019 I started Whale Watching Tromsø to help travelers find ethical and eco-friendly whale tours in Northern Norway. Now that the herring migration is moving north, the whales are following. Since the winter of 2024 and 2025, humpback whales, fin whales, and orcas have been regularly spotted near Alta.
Whale watching is quickly becoming a popular activity here, and I created this platform to highlight the best local tours that focus on animal welfare, sustainability, and quality.
